Eczanio: e-invoice automation for pharmacies
Eczanio is a Windows desktop application we built for Turkish pharmacists. Drop in the e-invoice XML from any supplier or marketplace; Eczanio reads it, tracks your discount and agreement targets, and transfers the records into the pharmacy software automatically.
The problem it solves
In pharmacies, invoices are often entered into the system one by one, by hand. Each supplier's invoice arrives from a different place, the same information is typed repeatedly, and the risk of error grows with every entry.
Then there are annual agreements: how close you are to the discount target is often noticed only near year end, and a missed target can't be recovered.
